Hindi
department is one of the oldest and the largest department of JNRM, Port Blair.
We have Post Graduate programme since 1980. The department has very rich and
highly qualified faculty, who have contributed Nationaly and Internationaly
towards the promotion of Hindi Language. The department has excellent academic
reputation for its performance in the Pondicherry University exams and other
academic activities. The department has produced many gold medalist and 100%
result at Post Graduate level with more than 90% of students with first class.
Many of our students have entered various professions like Education, Police,
Defence, Bank, Media, Administration and Politics. Some of them are in High
position in their fields.
